- a birthday special where women who do not normally sing together will learn about the voice and learn a song to video for a birthday present
- Giving participants a better knowledge of how to use their voices in a group environment
- Various games and skills to promote movement/singing/rhythm/getting to know one another
- Learn to sing in harmony and how to learn a piece quickly

- Introducing the eight year students to singing
- Bring in aspects of their production of Bugsy to encourage participation in the production and an interest to see the show

June-July 2004 TANBRIDGE HOUSE SCHOOL COMPOSING WORKSHOPS
- Similar to the adult workshops with New Music Brighton, only geared to a younger age group
- 1st workshop is giving a brief history of singing, styles, voice types and general rules in what works best for different voice types
- 2nd workshop is student performing their own pieces and offering feedback
- geared for students doing or preparing for their GCSE’s in composing
